Archived Biography: Andrew serves as Technical Director for HPCR's Live Web Seminars and the ATHA Program's Humanitarian Assistance Webcast. He leads HPCR's web design and web development operations, and coordinates the program's multimedia production needs, including the ATHA Program's E-Learning Modules.

Prior to joining HPCR, Andrew worked at New England Public Radio. While at NEPR, Andy covered a diverse range of topics including: nuclear safety, tobacco advertising law, agriculture policy, and emergency relief efforts following the June 1st tornadoes in central and southern Massachusetts.

Andrew holds a B.A. from Hampshire College, where he was General Manager of Hampshire's Student-Run radio station.
