HPCR International, in cooperation with the Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research, is pleased to announce its first Core Professional Training in Dakar, Senegal, 11-13 November 2009, hosted by UNICEF. The Core Professional Training on Humanitarian Law and Policy offers a unique opportunity for mid-career professionals to deepen their understanding of applicable legal and policy frameworks and develop strategic and managerial skills. By engaging professionals on emerging challenges and issues, the course also aims to enrich the humanitarian debate and improve the professionalism of the international responses to armed conflict.
