Informal Briefing and Discussion on the Safety and Security of Humanitarian Personnel

In 2004 and 2005, HPCR held a series of workshops in New York focusing on challenges in humanitarian policy, with the aim of providing an informal space for government experts working for the United Nations. The objective of the workshops is to promote analysis and discussion on the relevant topics, sharpen participants’ ability to work with the legal issues, and generate a more constructive engagement with international colleagues.
