This workshop for global health professionals will provide an introduction to current, popular social media tools - including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn - and demonstrate how the social web can be utilized to foster collaboration, develop and expand professional networks, and build relationships and communities. The workshop will feature both lecture-based tool and topic overview in addition to hands-on exploration through practical example.
